Good morning!


早朝（６時位）からジョンはどうしても食べたくてトライフルを買いに。
At 6am this morning, John had to go out to buy some trifle.


トライフルとは
Trifle

スーパーで売っているのはこんな感じです。
甘すぎず意外と美味しい。
These are supermarket trifles.
They're not too sweet and quite tasty.


朝ごはんはツナサンド。
食べきれなかった残りはお昼に。
We had tuna sandwiches for breakfast
and kept what we couldn't eat for lunch.


今日は、数日前にブリジットジョーンズの日記の
撮影場所と言ったハムステッドヒースが
実はそうではないと言うご指摘を受け（Naoさんありがとうございます！）
では実際の撮影場所、Primrose Hill に行ってみることにしました。
Today, we decided to go to Primrose Hill where a scene from the movie 
Bridget Jones was shot (I made a mistake the other day thinking that 
the location was Hampstead Heath).


数日前同様、カムデンタウンから運河を歩いて行くことに。
We walked along the Regent's Canal again.


カムデンタウンで一昨年と同様パンクのお兄ちゃんと
写真を撮ることができました。私こう言う人たち大好きなんです。
向かって左のお兄ちゃんのように、私も裏ピース？（イギリス式のF**k you）
すればよかった！中指立てるのはアメリカ式だから。
John took a photo of me with some punks in Camden Town again.
(He took one when we were here two years ago)
I love these guys!
Like the punk on my right, I wish I had done a V-sign
(the British sign for "F#~k you")
instead of giving the finger, US style.


カムデンタウン
Camden Town
カムデンタウンはとってもおしゃれで活気がある街です。
観光客が多いですね。
Camden Town is a cool place with lots going on.
So many tourists.　



ちょうど運河の水門を開くところに遭遇。
We saw a narrowboat leaving the lock.


運河沿いを少し歩き、Primrose Hill に到着。
We walked along the canal to Primrose Hill.


こんな感じです。指差してるところ。ジョンも初めて来たそうです。
This is Primrose Hill. John had never been here before.


ロンドンには広い公園がいくつかあります。
皆どれもとても素晴らしい公園です。
There are lots of lovely parks in London.


自撮る。
ここが（今度こそ）ブリジットジョーンズの日記の撮影地だ！
見晴らしがいいので人が多いです。

This is the Bridget Jones Diary location I was talking about.
You can get a great view of London so it gets pretty crowded at the top.


そしてやっぱり寝る。
Forty winks again.

オススメのパブへ向かいます！
After that, we headed out to a pub suggested by my friend Nao.


その途中、昨日（リッチモンドで）買った登山靴の
靴紐を交換してもらうために（短かったので）
コヴェントガーデン近くの支店へ。
On the way there, we went to a shop in Covent Garden that sells
climbing goods to exchange the laces I bought the previous day.


すぐそばが　コヴェントガーデン。
ここは映画マイフェアレディの撮影場所です。
The market famous for a scene in My Fair Lady was nearby.

このパブもお店の中がいくつも仕切られています。
This pub has about 7 bars.


喉が乾いていたので、2人してラガービールにしました。
Naoさん改めてありがとうございました！とても素敵なパブでしたよ♪
The heat made us thirsty and we decided to drink lager for a change.
Thanks Nao!
It was a great pub.


そして次のパブへ移動。今日は黄色いバスを見ました。
広告バスですけどね。
Then, we moved on to the next pub.
